Intellias Agile Days is the first Agile conference by Intellias IT company.

Despite all the difficulties, we at Intellias are now expanding our presence in the world and opening new offices in Europe and Latin America. And we are convinced that Agile principles help us in times of uncertainty. People around the world are now adapting to the new reality. And Agile can help with that.

Joe applied agile to automotive manufacturing in 2006, founding Team WIKISPEED, and set 4 world records. WIKISPEED became the first automotive manufacturer to accept Bitcoin in 2012 and was featured on the cover of Bitcoin Magazine issue #3. Joe Justice joined Tesla in 2020, where Joe operated Agile@Tesla from the company headquarters. 

Alex Ballarin works as a Business Agility Coach at ITNOVE and teaches Scrum.org courses. He helps organizations to become more customer-centric and to create an agile work environment where people can thrive. He also leads the IT & Business Agility postgraduate program at UPC School and runs two meetups about Scrum.

The promoter of the PM 3.0 approach in Ukraine with hyper-tailored project delivery strategies and methodologies. Ph.D. in economics, PMP, PMI-ACP, CLSSGB, authorized PMI trainer.  

Organizational and team coach with more than 10 years of experience working as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Organizational Coach (Wiesbaden Academy of Psychotherapy, WIAP) in multicultural teams and clients from the US, Ukraine, Belarus, Israel, Netherlands, and other European countries.

Iaroslav has been working with ~ 30 teams and companies in total, serving as executive and team coach, mentor, and consultant. 

He believes that organizations and people in them have a right to live a fulfilling life that can be reached through increasing consciousness, taking care of the employees’ mental health, nurturing leadership, and developing organizational agility.

Introducing process change and helping to align teams in multi-team environments through the design and facilitation of Lean and Agile ways of working.

Slava Moskalenko is co-founder of Agile.Live and the Professional Scrum Trainer of Scrum.org. Trained over 1000 Scrum Masters and Product Owners from over 30 countries. Since 2010, Slava has related to Agile and Scrum. During this time, he managed to implement several large projects for such clients as Vodafone, JP Morgan, Microsoft, UBS, UBS, Lufthansa, Deutsche Bank, Orica, BMW, Singapore Airlines, and others.

Roman has been leading Digital and IT transformation programs for global multi-billion enterprise businesses. He has been building consulting and solution design expertise for one of the biggest European software vendors and has completed a dozen complicated transformation and product development projects providing turnkey solutions for customers.

Roman is leading one of the Advanced Analytics core projects for the biggest retail and entertainment holding in the UAE and GCC region and implementing a High-Performance Enterprise IT framework for the world’s biggest advisory and consulting firm.

​Nikola Bogdanov is an Agile enthusiast with deep interests in the art of people, team, and organizational facilitation enabling. Nikola is an Agile Coach and Co-founder of AgilePool and has more than 10 years of expertise in the IT industry. 

Nikola specializes in various aspects of Agile and Lean. You can meet him at many conferences, training, and public lectures talking passionately about several aspects of the area. His strong background is based on implementing and examining Agile and Lean in real projects and teams in combination with university scientific work in the area (Ph.D.).  

Oleksii has been working in IT since 2005, and since 2009 in managerial positions.

Artem consults companies on QA processes & Agile frameworks/tools, and actively shares experience speaking at conferences. Winner of IT Awards Ukraine 2015 (Best QA of Ukraine). CSM, CSPO, CSP, CAL-I certified by ScrumAlliance, Certified LeSS Practitioner, Candidate LeSS Trainer & Certified LeSS Coach (1 out of 16 in the world) by LeSS, PSM I, PSM II by Scrum.org & certified KMP-I by LKU.

Artem is a guest lecturer at MBA by Kyiv Mohyla Business School and has his own online course on YouTube. Founder and producer of Simplicity Day conferences.

Yuriy is one of the pioneers of Business Agility in Ukraine going far outside of the IT domain. He left a successful career in IT to teach and coach teams in various industries (Vodafone, UKRSIBBANK, Eva, Borjomi, OTP Bank etc.)

As a Managing Partner for agiledrive, Yuriy and his fellow coaches run organizational Agile transformations in Ukraine and beyond, helping people regain meaning, purpose and joy in complex enterprise environments.

Andrii Glushchenko gained his experience as a Scrum Master and an Agile Coach in a wide range of Organizations in Poland and abroad. Andrii can inspire with his passion and enthusiasm for building high-value products, building high-performing teams, and transforming organizations. He worked in startups as well as leading large-scale transformations in the banking area. Andrii was a Scrum Master for Organizations, which were able to effectively compete with giants such as Spotify and was facilitating large-scale Agile Transformations. Andrii participated in Agile Transformation at Raiffeisen Polbank and was an Agile Transformation Leader at BNP Paribas Poland.

Magdalena is the founder and CEO of Agile in the Spotlight company, Scrum Master, graduated life & business coach (ICF diploma), mentor, Agile coach, graduated trainer, and consultant at magdalenafirlit.com.
She is interested in outcomes from Agile Transformation in companies and running experiments, especially with UX involvement. Observing how empiricism beautifully works for complex domains and finally increases the products' value makes her happy.

Passionate about the Evidence-Based Management framework, introducing the concept to the organizations since 2015.

Oleksiy has been starting his agile journey more than 5 years ago and already trying different roles: Scrum Master in SAFe and LeSS environments, Agile Coach, Product Owner, and Release Train Engineer with experience in teams and entire organization transformations and scaled Agile (SAFe).

He is experienced in building Scrum teams within offline and online environments, co- and cross-located as well. Passionate about product mindset despite the domain: fintech, automotive, or Meditec.ec.

Beth Anne "Katzbe" Katz is an award-winning mental health advocate and program manager at Amazon working on Amazon Web Services. Outside of work, Beth Anne founded Katzbe Fights Depression, an organization using content creation to combat the mental health stigma. She won an award for her work from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and was recognized as one of the Society of Women Engineers' top ten women engineers you should know. In 2021, Beth Anne was named one of the 100 most influential women in Silicon Valley by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

Marta Komarnytska, Senior Delivery Manager at Intellias, has been working with clients from all over the world, including Japan, Australia, the UK, the US, and Germany. Marta has completed a digital management course abroad and has over 6 years of project management experience. 

Mayya is Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Project and Delivery manager (ICP-APM) with experience in the Global Customer Solutions team at Google, currently works as a Chief Delivery Officer at Qubstudio. Moreover, Mayya is an independent PMO consultant supporting software houses in building, maintaining PMO, and introducing and implementing an Agile environment at the organization.
